One size only. 100% Nylon.  Care Instructions: Before using your sponge for the first time, hand wash in hot water with mild detergent to soften the texture. Slight colour fading is normal with the first uses. Sponge can last up to 2 years with proper care (regular hand washing or machine washing). Instructions for use: wet/dampen the net sponge. Add Dwennimmen Naturals Foaming Black Soap Cleanser or your choice of body cleanser and work into a rich lather. Rub onto your body in a circular motion. Rinse cleanser from skin and pat dry. Follow up with Dwennimen Naturals Body Butter or your favourite moisturizer.
